>putting the Wii above the PS3
what are you doing mang
Other than its first party games, the Wii has nothing that great to offer. The third-party support is terrible and is pretty much limited to ports and shovelware. Not to mention that the Wii has the worst graphics and online play out of the three consoles.

Graphics don't matter that much. The most important part of a game is how fun it is and plot, also that's the most important part of well anything. The Wii has Twilight Princess, Fire Emblem, and Smash Bros. What else do I need? I'm set.
I have the 360 for shooters, racing, sports games, as well as RB.
And I have the PC for RPGs and strategy games. I'm set.

I agree mostly with this, but graphics don't matter for me. But I disagree with MM so much I almost snickered at his post.

Graphics generally aren't much of an issue to me either, but the Wii's are so comparatively primitive that it affects the amount of third party games it gets. Incredible games like Grand Theft Auto IV, Red Dead Redemption, Portal 2, BioShock 1 and 2, Mass Effect 2, Street Fighter IV, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, The Orange Box, Burnout Paradise, the Assassin's Creed games, and so many others could have been added to the Wii's lineup, but instead Nintendo missed out because they failed to keep up with their competitors.

Most of those games work best on the PC anyway so why the Wii needs them is beyond me. The Wii already has it's own fair share of good 3rd party games made specifically for it.

I don't think that's a good counter-argument. You pretty much proved my point in your first sentence, and you don't back up your second one with any examples. Your favorite three games are all first party exclusives, and while I must give Nintendo credit for continuing to develop great games, they can't just rely on their own games alone in order to make a good console.

You want examples? Sure. Third part games that are considered to be very good: Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, the Okami remake, Mad World, Sin and Punishment, de Blob, Little King's Story, Zack and Wiki, Boom Blox, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, No More Heroes, Red Steel, The Conduit, Trauma Center: New Blood, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, Sonic Colors and some ones that are also on other consoles Murasma: The Demon Blade, the new Golden Eye, Monster Hunter Tri, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Scareface: The World Is Yours, and Dead Space Extraction. I don't think the Wii is best for 3rd party support, first party it's great. It's my 3rd favorite of the modern consoles (if you count the PC as one), but I'd take it over the PS3 any day.

The problem is that, while most of those games you mentioned are good, very few are exceptional. Several are just ports of previous generation games with motion control added. The liking of each console depends on one's liking of the games for each, and that's all subjective, but if you were be statistical about it, the Wii is certainly the worst system of this generation.

But it's not just an opinion, it's something called objectivity. The PS3, in my opinion, is my favorite console of this generation, but if I look at things objectively, it and the 360 are about equal. If you look at all of the aspects of each system, the Wii is far behind the other two when it comes to online play, graphics and hardware capabilities, and most importantly, number of games that are generally accepted as being great.

If you're looking at things objectively, the PC is the best.

When any PC gamers speaks of a PC they mean a good one. Poor Milk. You have my sympathies.
