The Stooges is the best.
I've been debating whether I like Loveless or Isn't Anything more.

You should listen to Awake if you get the time Milk.

Queensryche > Dream Theater
Also despite what an awful cheesy 90's hit Tubthumping is, I just heard Chumbawamba's 80's Anarchopunk material, and it's awesome.

I think I lean towards that.

I might as well contribute to this discussion by being that opinionated guy. Feel free to agree, disagree, or try to change my opinion.
I obviously dislike Dylan greatly (as you can tell from The Best Game), and don't like much of what he's done. Why people like him is a mystery to me. His voice isn't pleasurable for me to listen to, and there's nothing that interesting about most of his songs, other than some good lyrics. There's probably no changing my opinion either: Straf tried as hard as he could and I could find only one song I could tolerate.
Dream Theater is one of my favorites as you can tell, and Awake is probably their best. "Innocence Faded" is somewhat cringeworthy, but the rest is pure DT magic. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the production, and the songs are some of DT's best: catchy yet complex. It's better than Images and Words, as great of an album as it is.
Queensryche is great too, and I'm actually going to see them live again in a few weeks, but they've only made one "incredible" album (Operation: Mindcrime), and their recent material (see "Wot We Do") can be laughable. Dream Theater's at least kept it steady over the years, producing solid albums after another, and I'm 1000% certain 'A Dramatic Turn of Events' will blow Queensryche's 'Dedicated to Chaos' out of the water.
As for the Stooges, I only really know Raw Power. I don't know much of Iggy Pop's work, and I'm really not into punk that much, but he's got some good songs from the little I've heard.
I don't like My Bloody Valentine or shoegaze in general. I gave 'Loveless' a try, and I couldn't make it past the 4th track without thinking of vacuum cleaners and I stopped listening to it. I understand its influence, but it's just not something I like.
I haven't heard anything by Chumbawamba, so I don't have an opinion.

I'm sure you've heard Tubthumping Zilla, even if you don't think you have.
It sucks.

Isn't it funny, Zilla, your view of Bob Dylan is nearly exactly the same as mine, though he has a few songs I do enjoy.
