Keith Moon is not a simple drummer. He was crazy fast and talented. And what's wrong with having a large drum kit? Kieth has quite a few cymbals on his drum kit... Also completely kicking down your drums and destroying your set isn't flashy?
Also I would argue that Portnoy is the best drummer ever. But I love Keith Moon. He was a truly amazing drummer and one of the best ever.

I don't get what you're saying calling him simple. He beats the shit out of the drums and does some majorly complex fills on Live At Leeds.

Not simple, I meant not ridiculous, anyone can do a freaking blast beat like modern metal bands.
While on the subject of best drummer, I would totally disagree, people treat him like a God and idk why,
I believe that title belongs to Niel Peart.
