How can you even compare The Beatles to Pink Floyd? They aren't even close.

*minority* Both of them are absolutely incredible, and two of my favorite bands of all time, but I'm more into the trippy extended jams of Pink Floyd.

I just like Pink Floyd more.
I figured that you all would vote Beatles anyway.

I like The Beatles more, but Pink Floyd is still amazing.
Also Piper At the Gates of Dawn > All Beatles albums.

It's a great album, but I wouldn't say it's better than all Beatles albums or even the best Floyd album.

I'm currently in love with The Wall, then I'm probably going to listen to Piper At The Gates of Dawn. I've heard it's more psychedelic rock than prog, though. Is this true?
To be honest, I'm not really into the Beatles that much at all. It feels to me as if their cultural influence extends more than their musical contributions. I'm not saying they're not talented, of course. But it feels like more people know the name than the actual music.
