Why? He always says he can't control himself. If he was perfectly sane he would have something better to do with his life then trying to keep getting on to some random proboard. But he just keeps at it. So I think he needs help.
And we we're trying to be nice by giving him another chance to come back after the month ban. As of right now I don't think that's going to happen since he isn't listening to us and waiting out the ban. He's changing his IP to keep coming back, so he might just get that perm ban.

Civ think of it this way. Let's say he's a man in a prison. Now he can get parole for what he did and be out soon. But he is not behaving in prison. He's starting fights and doing unpleasant things to other inmates when then bend down to pick up the soap in the showers. His parole chances are fading away.

Civ he got a whole bunch of people riled up. Yes that was escalated because of Fatal, but he still caused trouble. He was banned then. When your banned it's like having a time out. You wait until that's over and then you can join in on the fun again. He's not abiding by that. He's changing his IP address to keep coming back. He's just trolling now. Stop feeling sorry for him.

I understand, but that's not the same thing. He wasn't behaving inappropriately when he kept coming back so in my eyes he has shown that he can control his erratic behavior. |

His coming back was inappropriate. He wasn't supposed to come back. He's changing his IP address so the ban won't work so we keep having to reban him. He can't control his erratic behavior at all no matter if he thinks he can by acting more normal when he comes back.
