Isn't it just as easy as going to computer, right-clicking on your iPod, pressing explore, then copying the files?

I had some completely complicated way.... so it wasn't that easy.
I have an iPod Nano so i don't know if it's the same, but I will do instructions anyway
I have Vista so......
1) Click on the Windows Icon at the bottem left of the screen and click on Computer 2) Press the 'Alt' key on your keyboard 3) Click on 'Tools' at the bar at the top 4) Click on 'Folder Options 5) Click on View on the thing that pops up and it should have an option that says 'hidden files and folders' 6) click on show hidden files and folders 7) .....then click on your ipod 8) Double-click on that. Go to the sub-folders “iPod_Control” and then “music”. You’ll find your music there randomly scattered across multiple folders and with scrambled file names.
You can tell that last part was copied and pasted...

Use SharePod. I use it and it's free and it works really well.

Turn iTunes off, restart SharePod and plug in your iPod again...

Yeah there are programs that transfer songs from your iPod to your iTunes. Though they all cost money and you can only do a few songs in the trial versions. Though I don't think I've ever used SharePod...

So is it completely free and you can do all you want without some trial version?
