A=1=10000
B=2=01000
C=3=11000
D=4=00100
...
O=15=11110
(For example, there is a one in the ones place, the twos place, the fours place, and the eights place...
Add it up and you get 15, same as O)
...
Z=26=01011
(Again, there is a one in the twos, the eights, and the sixteenths...
Add it up and it's 26)
(Since there are only 26 letters, you would not need the zeros that fit with 32+)
There you go.
