Buffallo Bill and Hannibal Lector from Silence Of The Lambs (Both are awesome) This^ I'm glad I'm not the only one here who has seen that great movie. Amon Göth (Schindler's List) Michale Corleone (The Godfather, and The Godfather Part II) Even though he's the main character, he's essentially a villain by being a powerful mob boss. The Joker (The Dark Knight) Nurse Ratched (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest) She may be a nurse, but she is just plain bad. Roger "Verbal" Kint (The Usual Suspects) Darth Vader (Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and The Return of the Jedi) HAL 9000 (2001: A Space Odyssey) Jack Torrance (The Shining) Oops. Lotso' Huggin' Bear has to be the best of the Pixar villains, and is a great overall villain.
