People are confusing kids shows with early childhood shows (which from the OP what this was supposed to be about).
Regarding those, Little Bear, Franklin, Blues Clues, Sesame Street, Dragon Tales, and Arthur. Woot. Oh. Don't forget Mr. Rogers.
