The graphics are so primitive that everything looks scary. Most people remember that eel from Mario 64 as being so-bad-it's-scary, but daaammn. OoT is supposed to be at least a little disturbing. But anyway, I was playing that Zelda promo disc for the Gamecube when I realized that I hadn't finished OoT (I stopped at the end of the Fire Temple, IIRC), and I made it to the adult phase in just a few hours. Then of course the world gets fucked up and Ganondorf rules the world and shit. The game was bad enough with the Redeads -- and post-apocalyptic Castle Town is full of them -- but now there's temples with ghosts and death and stuff, and it's in primitive 3D to top it all off. So I went to the Forest Temple, right? And the little multi-colored Poes flew out of their torches and left me to find them. I made it into the room where you have to push the blocks to climb up to the twisted hallway room. I started out speeding through it then I remembered that the Forest Temple had Floormasters. The room I was in was tall and full of narrow passage ways and sharp turns, a perfect place for Floormasters. So I climb a ladder and start creeping around the corner and all of a sudden...
Loud Voice: "LISTEN!!!"
Me: "HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK JESUS CHRIST PLEASE HELP ME GOD *presses B**presses B**presses B**presses B*"
It turns out that it was just fucking Navi wanting to explain obvious shit to me. I KNOW I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE ARROWS, ASSHOLE, AND I KNOW HOW TO USE THE HOOKSHOT TOO.
But for real. It's a terrifying game because it looks so bad, and that's what makes it fun.

xD I only have OoT for Nintendo 3DS(is there a difference in the storyline, like... did they change it in the 3DS version?), but I found it boring. //

Even Pokemon SNAP?.. o: // Never played Pokemon Snap. It's the bad graphics combined with nostalgia that creeps me out if it's late. Especially this one old Harry Potter PS1 game, holy shiite that's not good at night.

Never played Pokemon Snap. MOAR karma. Playing Pokemon is the embodiment of having a perfect childhood. Why would you support SMAP's negligence to have a perfect childhood?.. o: civursick. //
