I was really disappointed for BB. I mean we already have their greatest hits so it isn't going to sell. Harmonix could have did so much better.

But it will sell because they do have hits left as much as I hate to admit it.
Hell, A7X still sells well and we're only getting deepish cuts at this point.
But seriously, if we're getting Nu-Metal, would it kill them for Korn? They're barely decent (at least their first few albums) but they're better than what we're getting.

I'd be okay with some early Korn as I said.
Deftones are good stuff as well, but they're genre hoppers.
And I know you don't consider them Nu-Metal, but SOAD are alright too.
But the whole idea of the genre as a whole makes me wanna shoot myself so.......

SOAD is good. However there are some differences between Alternative Metal and Nu-Metal. And I agree about the idea of Nu-Metal. It isn't even Metal to be frank. Just like Glam Metal...

Glam/Hair/Pop/Sleaze/Whatever Metal is pretty much Hard Rock with some 70's Glam elements.
Still enjoy the majority of popular Hair Metal nonetheless.
