From what I understand, Robbie expressed dissatisfaction with Gary, but said not to use the keylogger, which is fine. He wouldn't have been banned at all had we known.
Kire had the means and created the virus, and MM was the mastermind. I still think the week bans would have been sufficient.

Gary flamed people and messed up an entire mafia game, which was the sole purpose for this site (at first), and where's is punishment? |
