Devin Townsend! Though it's probably his worst regular solo album, it's still got some good stuff on it.

Devin Townsend! Though it's probably his worst regular solo album, it's still got some good stuff on it. So far I think it's pretty good. I've only heard Infinity and Ocean machine. Both are pretty good albums, but i'm starting to like this one more so far.

Yeah, it definitely is one of the heaviest of Devin's solo work, as he recorded it with the other members of Strapping Young Lad.

Yeah, Devin wrote all of the music for Strapping too. It's just that, generally, Strapping is his heavier side and his solo stuff is his lighter side.

Yeah, I think I've heard maybe one song from back when he was in Strapping young lad and it was pretty heavy compared to his solo work.

If you like Physicist, you'll probably like Strapping Young Lad too. City and Alien are highly recommended.
