I really can't help but hate myself most of the time... Why? If you don't mind me asking. I have found myself in such situations as well, usually those feelings pass, they surface now and again for me but I don't think of anything too drastically. Just get some of those moments once every month or so. Just focus on your good qualities. With my ridiculous mindset, it seems like I can never seem to find any decent or good qualities. I hate overhearing my own mother talking about me in a negative manner. My brain just likes believing everything negative anyone throws towards me while ignoring the positive. |

Even though she is your mother, just tell yourself that you're better than the negative manner she speaks of you. It can be hard, but focusing on the positive can do wonders. Just gonna throw a random example that is off topic, but say the situation is: "Oh this sucks I always hand in my homework late" < "But at least I took my time and handed it in with the work done correctly" |

My cat really hurt himself, we can barely afford the bills to help him. We were low on money to begin with...

Seriously injured 3 parts of his leg, the surgery is upwards to $3,700, holy fuck.

It's his one leg, he limps on it and he's doing good after he was done at the doctor. I'm not so much worried about his health, he's doing great, it's those bill prices..
