I haven't looked at the context of what happened, but it seems like people were just joking around, rather than being purposefully spiteful.
I'm not going to tell you not to leave the forums Soup, because that's up to you. In fact, taking a few days away would probably be good. But it's obvious that you have friends here.

Gary doesn't know how to be an admin. Power hasn't gone to his head, that's not the problem, but an admin shouldn't be fueling a flame war.
The problem with the karma thing was that Soup sees karma as something serious, as a way for new members to see who's respected in the community and stuff, whereas whoever was giving him negative karma just saw it as a joke. IMO, karma isn't that serious, and Soup shouldn't have gotten that upset.
Frankly, I'm sick of all the loldrama crap on this site. It's gotten pretty obnoxious lately.

Wow. Soup quit. At least I was in the "no problem" category.
I was going to quit too. But I get too bored at work in the middle of the night.
I am not signing up for any games for a while though.
Maybe people will stop stealing id's and deleting posts mid-game so I feel it is safe to join a game again.
