Problems Linking RB3 to RB Account

has any one recently had a problem when it takes a long time to log in, and it says there's been an error. But if you click Home, you're logged in. Here's where it gets weird, it says I have already linked to RB3, which I didn't do yet. It won't let me "unlink" even though I never linked in the first place, any one else having this problem ?

It does it automatically if you linked RB2. I had to find that out the hard way. I unlink mine, re-linked it. Some updates of my stats and other stuff from RB3 showed up, but nothing else has shown up since.
