Since the site has not been up for a year...how can we have year end awards now? These awards should take place in September of 2011.
I am just showing there is always a counter argument. So you might as well have just kept doing them the way you were.

Why don't we just vote for all of them at the same time and publicly, and make the deadline Jan 1st? That seems so much simpler than all this stuff you guys are trying to do.
