It would deifinately be a challenge. Maybe just for drums and keys. I'd go with crazy train and roundabout for top tier guitar and bass respectively.

With the dlc you do you can only pic one song that will demonstrate your skill on multiple instruments, unles you are doing just 1. So I'd recommend picking a difficult song if you want to impress.
And there will be various wins for this. Like best overall, best for each instrument. And what not.
