My band needs a name. Our keyboardist came up with "Reach," but I didn't really like it. I suggested "Shitstorm," but everyone else was like "Whoa, Emmett, that's just too awesome for us mediocre musicians." Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I personally prefer one word band names, so I would have gone with "Reach"
Just "Motormouth" wouldn't be bad either.

Yeah, but it's basically two words condensed into one (I guess motormouth is too, but motormouth rolls of the tongue better). Plus, "Shitstorm" is the kinda name that you think is cool at first, then when your band matures a little bit, you realize that it's dumb. Most of my old band's early songs had names like that ("The Weed Song," "The Shit," "Die," etc.). Later on, we realized that they were terrible names (Luckily, we had stopped playing most of them, except for "The Shit" which we renamed "Flesh Wound"). Edit: SMAP is my new favorite person here. |

I wasn't serious about "Shitstorm," I was just joking. I guess it wasn't as obvious as I thought.
We'll be playing alt-rock mostly, such as Weezer and the like.
