An eye for an eye was one of the greatest laws ever made. Seriously. If some terriorist kills 500 people in a building like 9/11 but somehow lives to tell the tale putting him in jail is indecent and that should be against the law. Kills 500 people.... We will let him rott no he should die a slow painful death or serious long incremented acts of torture. Like bamboo under finger nails. Or 5 hours under Chinese water torture. 500 people shouldn't die and all he gets to do is sit in jail.

So if one man kills everysingle one of your family members, all your friends, your wife/girlfriend and plenty of other people. Should he just sit in jail for the rest of his life. Or should he die? Hanging and Firing squads is for wimps. Cruel and unusal punishment isn't nessarily illegal I'm sure someone somewhere wether it be an American Solider or a terriost somewhere. It's happening. So do we arrest our soliders for doing cruel, brutal, killing people? No. If you guys want to know why so much I plan on becoming an officer in the army later in my life. |

Musical, cruel and unusual punishment is wrong. As far as I'm concerned it makes you just as worse as the person who committed the crime. It shows your indecency towards human life. It shows you have sever physiological problems. It won't solve anything. If we did that to terrorists, it would make their supporters even more angry at America and give them new recruiting tools.
