It's funny. Joystiq sort of made it sound positive. But yeah it made me think that this could be a desperate attempt to keep it going. I hope everything is ok with them.

As somebody said in the link. It shouldn't matter what the price is as Harmonix rakes in a majority of the money from DLC. If people don't have the game they can't buy more DLC so they're trying to get more people to buy the game which= more money for DLC.
