No offense MM, but you gamesharing was your own choice and you should take responsibility for that.
This hack though is just totally unprecedented though, and the fact that Sony isn't going to help the millions with stolen credit cards is beyond me.

no? Think about it. If they were to give $20 to the millions of people who have a playstation, they would lose a lot of money, and the time that it was down is definitely not equivalent to that much money.

It seems a good enough deal. Wouldn't mind trying out some functions of Playstation Plus (not that I know much about it). I believe you can get money off some games and stuff with it.

American soldiers sent to get Osama : "Oh shit, PSN's down, we can't play CoD, well might as well write the next game's storyline then instead. Boot up men, we're gonna smoke him out of his hole"

You know all the pictures of American soldiers I've seen playing games has all been on the 360. I have to agree as proud as I am to be a PS3 owner. I would much rather have a 360 right now. Especially after seeing the incompetence of Sony in this situation.

To be fair MM this were some major top-of-the-line hackers, they probably could've hackd the 360 aswell.

To be fair MM this were some major top-of-the-line hackers, they probably could've hackd the 360 aswell. It's not just the aspect of they got hacked that I dislike them. I extremely dislike the way they handled the situation. Also accounts of credit card fraud have happened. Some of them being accounts with only credit cards for Sony. Confirming that it's connected. Waiting 4 days to release that your credit card information may be in danger. When they learned Day 1 that there was an external intrusion. Immidiately they should have stated "We aren't sure if anything has been exposed yet, but we have to assume now that it possibly could be, if you have any important information such as credit cards we recommend you immidiately begin for you to take measures to guard this information. Ask for High Security on your credit card or get a new credit card." I would have released that the moment I found out there was an external intrusion not 4 days later.
