Can there be a Poll sub-board in Off-Topic?

Why do we need a poll sub-board? Most of the polls are going with the questions of the day and those work fine either in off-topic or music.

They're fricking flooding the place. It's hard when searching for topics you'd expect to be on the first page but really aren't.
I don't see how there's any negatives in a poll sub-board.

There are 4 polls are the first page of the off-topic. How is that flooding? Again most of the polls go with whatever the question of the day thing, and how does that warrant a poll sub-board?

I fail to see how polls are flooding the off-topic section and see nothing negative about them. And no it really isn't getting to the point that they're taking over. Once they are no longer on the first page they never come back, since they are always in questions threads. Polls do not need a special forum. There is no point to it.

I'm not saying there's anything really bad about them. I think I've voted on every poll on here, but it just seems like they need to be put in their own board. It's cleaner.
If you wanna find an old poll, you don't wanna search through all the topics in Off-Topic or Music, right? It'll be much easier.
C'mon, it won't hurt anyone.

I don't think they need a separate forum. All they are is a thread with an add-on. And if you want to find an old poll... perhaps instead a search feature can be added? That would quickly narrow done one's search.
And also... you don't see other forums making a special forum for polls.
