if you get your 3ds and register it in the eShop before august 12, you will be eligible to win 20 free games (10 are exclusive)!

this is happening because 3ds sales were not as good as nintendo hoped, so they're cutting the price (by $80! :o) of the 3ds. so now they are $170. but, if you get it BEFORE the price cut and register in the eShop, nintendo is having a 3ds ambassador program only for early adopters!

10 of these games are NES games, and the other 10 are GBA games.

so far, we know these games will be released (for free! :D):

NES (you get these on September 1st, earlier than the general public, and again, they're free):
Super Mario Bros.
Donkey Kong Jr.
Balloon Fight
Ice Climber
Legend of Zelda

GBA:
Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Metroid Fusion
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$
Mario Vs. Donkey Kong

also, if you think about it...

if you get it after price cut: 3ds is $170, but if you want all these games (half of which, won't even be available for purchase!), and if you do get all of the ones you can get, that will be around $50! (if GBA was included, it would be $100!)

so, if you do the math...

w/ price cut: approx. $220 ($270, if you could get GBA)
w/ ambassador program: $250 + 10 free games!

enjoyment of great classics > $30

and the 3d isn't annoying to me. :/ it actually helps me on some games! :o

The main game is easy enough and totally fun, but the bonus levels are BRUTAL.

The guy in this video is like a freaking ninja <_>
It's hard enough to just beat the level.
I spent like 20 lives just trying to get past the blue spikes.
I didn't find a single one of the flowers in the level.
This isn't even the only bonus level...
