Macronix Reveals 3DS Game Carts Can Reach 8GB

What's sad is, Nintendo chooses to limit their games to around 2GB, with 1GB being the least amount of data they choose to put on their games. If they would take advantage of this, handheld gaming could be changed for the better.
8GB = 2 2/3 PS2 games, with each PS2 game storing around 3GB of data.

I've heard that there may be a 3DS game being released in the future that will use all 8 gigabytes of data.
