Okay, so my schedule is pretty messed up, and I'm not sure quite what to do. My schedule 1: WR 121 - Clements, Joel 2: AP Calculus - Sieveking, Sharon 3: Courtsports - Kuka, Chrisi 4: Cougar Company - DeGrosse, Deb 5: AP Chemistry - Young, Andy 6: Japanese 2 - Zepnewski, Ami
1: WR 122 - Clements, Joel 2: AP Calculus - Sieveking, Sharon 4: Cougar Company - DeGrosse, Deb 5: AP Chemistry - Young, Andy 6: Japanese 2 - Zepnewski, Ami
They left out Concert Choir and Music Composition. This will take a lot of work to fix. My solution: Music Composition is only offered 2nd. WR 121/122 and AP Calc are only 1st and 2nd. That is my first dilema. The 2nd dilema is that AP Chem and Concert Choir are only offered 5th period. So I've got to make some tough decisions. I'm thinking about replacing AP Chem with AP Physics so that can fit in. And then make WR 121/122 Contemporary Lit so that Music Comp can fit in. Thoughts?

Switching WR doesn't seem so bad to me, but I'd keep Chemistry if it were me. Chemistry's just my personal preference, though.

I still say keep Choir because you'll go crazy otherwise.
Good luck with moving and stuff, soratar!

My first semester at UB starts tomorrow... it's amazing how fast the summer went by. I went on a tour of Buffalo today with a nice dinner, and I have my first classes, Spanish and English, tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Making my first RBO post from college! Spanish class went well, and I've got English in about an hour.

Making my first RBO post from college! Spanish class went well, and I've got English in about an hour. Awesome dude! I hope you're enjoying yourself there What's college actually like, anyway? I only know one person who actually went, but she doesn't tall about it so I've only really heard about it in films, so I have no idea how accurate my thoughts on college are... ^.^

That's just my first impression based on two classes, though. I've got several new classes tomorrow.

Okay wow everybody lied to me about college, it seems awesome already So you don't have to stay there for the whole day, do you? Or do you only go into the classes you have? I hate not knowing these things but I'm too lazy for Google

yo our college is so awesome that we have a four day orientation with parties leading into the first day of actual classes kittenCollege is like high school except sometimes you live at the school and you only sometimes go to classes once or twice a week, but the classes are longer and you have fewer assignments, and instead of being spoon-fed information you have to use critical thinking and write a lot and such. I don't know how colleges in America and Wales would differ though, or even if they would at all. Also, do you guys adopt Great Britain's school levels/system or do you have your own? How does the UK's school system even work-- it's based on years, right? Like Fifth Year and such?
