Let's say there is a forum on which I have posted frequently for quite some time. Some of the other members and I are unsatisfied with the head admin. So, me, another member, and a lesser admin conspire together to plant a virus on the head admin's computer. The plot is unsuccessful, and instead a fairly popular fellow member's computer catches the virus, and a sequence of events follow that this poor bloke will no longer be able to access his computer for anything.
When this is revealed, the other conspirators and I throw our hands up innocently and say "It was an April Fool's joke we were doing in October, we swear!" The forum's staff shrugs and says "Okay.", then goes on to lock countless threads for trivial reasons. Meanwhile, the head admin says, "E tu Brute?" to his fellow conspirator admin.
The other conspirators and I get off scotch-free, and then proceed to cry out against the "trolling and other bad stuffz" happening on the site. After all, we are flagship members, boldly defending the virtues of this site from users who try to cause each other harm, whether it be by their words or their actions.
Well no, not their actions. That would incriminate the conspirators! We wouldn't want that!

The thread closings have nothing to do with Wave. Nothing at all. Wave let them give him the virus. He wanted to test it after they asked him too. Gary originally was going to let the planned cou de'tat against him go. He did not understand the circumstances fully. There will be some repercussions now.

Okay so it's Wave's fault people wanted to overthrow Gary for no reason.
Bring in the secret police !

I just said in the other thread that consequences would be dealt. This is kind of a larger issue and there's lots of other stuff going on, so I can't just immediately say they're banned for however long.
Bans will be administered once this is thought through.

Not saying it's Waves fault, it's just every topic on this has been locked. At least almost all. Why post it again.

>implying that thought through means ban those who talk, let those who acted go.
After all we all know words speak louder than actions.

Okay so it's Wave's fault people wanted to overthrow Gary for no reason. Bring in the secret police ! He was sort of going along with the overthrow. This isn't hard to understand. From what I understand Kire told him about the plan, and he agreed to let them test the virus on him. Going along with it isn't ok. Yet it's sad he won't be able to get on his computer for the next 5 days, but we'll see him again, oh yes we will.

I can't take it here anymore. Bye, I liked you... You know it's really quite funny. If I never rejoined NONE of this would have happened. Aren't I terrible?
