Dude, people still want to talk about sports, but they're not as talked about enough for their own thread. Plus, it keeps the forum more organized so we don't have massive bumps when something major happens in the MLB for example. |

I think I have to agree with SMAP. A general sports thread is not a bad idea, it's easier and we won't have to resurrect old threads. And if at any time we won't different sports threads they can be made.
