So, apparently, my brother has these friends he's had for about 7 years. One of them is in a relationship with this girl. And the other one has been fucking the same girl. And now my brother is in the middle of the whole thing.

For all of my life I've seen my mom killing herself slowly before my very eyes. Smoking and smoking. The way that she's been recently (unbearable coughing), I really don't think things are going to turn out so good. I really don't want both of my parents to die..

So, my dad doesn't have a job (long story about how he lost it and crap) but in January he's going to get hired to some company (yay I guess). However, there is a downside to that, my dad is an alcoholic and when he gets that job i'm going to be scared. Lets just say he isn't a nice person when drunk (or sober to be honest but he's worse drunk). So basically when he gets that job most likely he will buy more and more beer and either end up like how he did last time or drink himself to death.

Toki I know I'm laet but that's how I am with most of these threads. Cause I got better things to do and stare and wait for each post. But anyway seriously try and ask her to stop. Be very sympathetic about it. My mom used to smoke. When I was 5 I would just stand there at the window and say "mom are you done yet?". I was 5 and I was scared shitless about being in a house even my own alone and I needed her protection. She actually quit for me. She hasn't smoked since and she's really healthy.

I've tried, and it seems like no amount of sympathy, suggestions or even complaints will get her to stop. She's such a stubborn woman.
