so i got curious what were the original stories for some fairy tales ( cause of what i read in a artical i had to read for school ). And founf most of them more interesting.

Cinderella: Her real name was Rhodopis. In this version, the nasty step-sisters cut off parts of their own feet in order to fit them into the glass slipper – hoping to fool the prince. The prince is alerted to the trickery by two pigeons who peck out the step sister’s eyes. They end up spending the rest of their lives as blind beggars while Cinderella gets to lounge about in luxury at the prince’s castle.

Sleeping Beauty : Instead of a prince waking her with a kiss. A king Raped her and she gave birth to twins ( while still being asleep ). she did wake up but not happy to find out that she was rapped wit kids

Basically all fairy tales are very dark and are generally violent or sexual. Movies that Disney did (that aren't necessary fairy tales like the Fox and the Hound or Tarzan) are very dark stories. Disney just sugar coasts stuff. None of these stories when created were intended for children. Of if they were it was to scare the shit out of them. That's why you don't go in the woods at night. Something's gonna eat you.
