I have to admit, that song made a lot more sense when I Googled what a "hoagie" was... even though the title said about sandwiches, I was convinced that "hoagie" was a type of dance for some reason. /: And I think that wins the best sandwich-based song award, as I can't think of any others except Psychostick's "This Is Not A Song, It's A Sandwich" and that's just pretty dreadful.
