www.prankdialer.com/Prank Dialer is more of a prank call site (obviously) but it works. If you want to spam the person, you'll have to pay, but the free way only lets you use it every 15 minutes. It plays a recording of your choice (upload your own, type what it should say, or pick from some YouTube vids such as Rick Rolls and Charlie The Unicorn) when the person answers. Also, the free version displays an unavailable or 1-(800) number or something like that so chances are they won't answer if they have caller ID. You can pay to have it show any phone number you want, though. I also have a friend with an iPhone who texted me EXTREMELY quickly. So quickly that I couldn't even use my phone because a message kept popping up saying "New TXT Message". But you probably don't want to give out the phone number here  .
