Then start over. But don't give in. And why did you delete them? They would not of been able to copyright it. That was just scare tactics and it worked. But you can still not give in to those assholes. Just start over... a new beginning, but the same band.
Also start spreading nasty rumors about them. Make them pay.

I didn't watch any of the videos all the way through, too low quality for my taste.

The REAL Crock Pot Abduction exists no longer. Instead, we will be changing our band name! Me and the guys are posting surveys all over between two possible names, and we're counting the votes up to decide which name we'll use from now on! They are:
A Liars Legend
To Betray a Traitor
Fever Swamp

I don't know what genre your band is, but I'd go A Liars Legend and then have To Betray A Traitor be one of your album names.
