Musical you really need to add the metal category to the resource because that one is the most important. Gold and silver to finance economies, iron and coal for tools, aluminum to use for mars rovers, lead for ammunition, uranium for atom bombs, etc.
So it should be Metals: Common Metals, Heavy Metals, Luxury Metals

lol at the time the ottoman empire was probaby about the closest thing to a super power there was. A few mistakes in policy and siding with Germany really sealed thier fate.
With all the major players being taken I was looking for a regoional power that still had resources and manpower to make a differance.
Poland although they tried didnt have a chance.
