It is good to have variety in power.
Smap would justbe more like a Kyle from what I see.
Robbie would be a mature mod,but would he change things?
I would be slightly more "strict" than the current mods but in a democracy form. I will not tolerate extremely rude behavior for someone who doesn't deserve it (I will create a strike system for this). Also, I will try to organize and move around threads/boards in order for this to be extremely proficient. A "Skin" thread and "Layout" topic wll be made in which you can send me themes for certain skins you want as well as any colors you would like. I will be working to make a variety of skins in various colors because the look of the site affects you.

Now I couldn't disagree more with the another Kyle comment.
Heck, I disagreed a lot with some of his decisions. Trust me, I've definitely got some new shit in store. If anything, I'm inspired by HPZr from the CM forums, who is by far the greatest admin I've ever seen.

General fixing up with the forum.
New guidelines to help new members out
(Possibly) Introduction Friend, a bot that posts a thread with the trippy zebra everytime a new member joins
Some new boards (Staff and Serious Debate)
Maybe some new skins
Regulations of the Edit and Delete buttons so they are not abused
Some way of organizing the Mafia games (need work here)
Will temp ban if necessary; only perma ban if problems continue.
Edit: Also some of this may not be immediately, but will surely happen.

And speaking of Strikes, I've seen it done before (3 Strikes) it generally doesn't work too well and was sparingly used.

You know what I will offer, that little bit of additional life experience and sense to keep us together, we have lost some of our older members because of some foolishness, so we just need some of the elder statesmen in charge to offer guidance.
Also remember that it was my game which led to this community being set up. So I'm one of the founding fathers of these fine establishment we now call home.
