I'm doing Computer Engineering, I'm sure I can whip up some funky improvements to the site. Okay so now it's a complete tie 2 Robbie 2 SMAP. Robbie's usually on until about 7 or 8 my time so that activity thing isn't a real problem I suppose. I dunno. I'm gonna retract and vote Robbie. But I'm still not completely set until SMAP presents his case. |

Well I had a nice thoughtful shower.(I have thought a many deep thought in the shower.)So I was thinking maybe we should run this whole thing kind of like how the Government runs it. I would like to address a couple new points. I think that every month starting on the first so the first one would be March 1st we should have a poll for the mods. What I mean is like those who oppose and are for their modship. So in this case whoever gets elected in this mod election there would be a poll with the choices as who do you oppose if you oppose anybody. So there would be Gary,Soup,and whoever wins this, and then don't oppose mods choices. These would be anonymous thanks to our fine polls so you don't have to worry about being scared or anything.
In the case that people think that a mod is doing more harm than good and the majority of the people here vote against his rule than he would be asked to step down and a new election would be had for a mod. In these polls we would need several points.
For the tl;dr paraphrase here are the points.
*Everyone must vote in this poll now I understand some alts and people who have left and things we would compromise around those.
*4 Choices: Oppose Gary,Oppose Soup,Oppose whoever wins this election,Oppose no one.
*Poll happens every month on the first.
*In order to oppose a mod the majority of the people on this site must oppose that one person.
*In the event a majority is reached that mod will be asked to step down and a new election would take place.
Now I don't mean this poll as a source of anarchy or harm to our site or to cause fights. It will be a simple anonymous poll no one has to say a word if they don't want to. If we find you are being too aggressive or trying to cause a fight you will be asked to retract your vote and you will not allowed to vote.
So what do you guys think?

@mm: It's too complicated, and IMO, unnecessary. If people are unhappy with the way the mods are doing stuff... they'll say it. It's not like we've been shy about pointing out mistakes and stuff.
