They would just be the same. Everything the Stones did the Beatles did before them. NOT REALLY BRO. The Beatles were a pop rock band. Pop rock can never do as much as rock. And SURE they have some hard rock, but they were mostly pop-rock. Also, the Beatles can't TOUCH Exile On Main Street. The White Album comes sort or close, but Exile is still miles better. The Rolling Stones are just plainly better, dude. And on top of that The Rolling Stones are all better instrumentalists. By far. Of course, since most of the people here came from Beatles mafia they're like all Beatles-fanboys and the Beatles will probally have a lot of support. |

Look both are great, but making statements like Pop Rock can't touch Rock is silly as genre shouldn't matter in a band's quality.
The Stones had their prime, with Exile and Let it Bleed being fantastic, but I think many Beatles albums top them.
And again, as long as the music's enjoyable, how well an instrument's played shouldn't matter.

I just like The Stones better.
And they still had some great albums later in their career.
Like Some Girls was a good damn album.
And yeah, both are GREAT, but I like The Stone a lot better.

You know what, I'm actually gonna lock this, I find it un-like we'll be able to discuss this without someone getting mad.
Everyone has their own opinions and it seems you guys are really passionate when the discussion is about The Beatles.
