Also, I'm going to tentatively set the deadline to August 22 (Monday). That's a little under two weeks from now, which is a little shorter than typical, but it seems like what always happens is some people wait until the deadline to play the songs. If we really need more time, we can extend it, but I dunno, it doesn't take more than an hour or two to play the songs, maybe three or four if you want to get good scores.

I know you can only play at certain times JR48, so does this work for you, or will you need more time?

I'm gonna be on vacation for a week in 4 days so can we make it another week?

We'll only be able to use 5, but it's better if you play an extra one so that we can see who's better at what songs. You did say you play piano, so I gave you China Grove. It's got a lot of chord changes in it, but that may be easier for you. Don't feel bad about using two hands (last I heard, Robbie plays with two hands, and he's probably playing the pro-keys songs). And if it's too difficult for you, don't be afraid to go down to Hard, or maybe even Medium.

Actually, I'm going to post my suggestion for what everyone should play right here. Fuck the quicktopic; the other team's strategy isn't going to change based on what we're doing, and people don't check the QT as often.

Primarily do the first 5 songs in your category. Try the lower 1-3 songs, but don't focus on them unless you feel like playing them. If you don't like the songs I gave you, then tell me and we can change them around; this is just so everyone has specific things to focus on.

Guys, I'm going to keep practicing very, very hard and I know I have, like, 11 days, but I'm doing very poorly on China Groove so far... it just goes so fast! D:

Really, guys, I'm trying... I've been practicing for 5 hours today but I can still only get 2 stars on China Groove... but I'll keep practicing because I really don't want to let you guys down or anything.

Whoa, Civ, it's okay. What you got on China Grove is good; it's a really hard song, and Robbie is very good. Don't worry, we'll be able to beat them in other categories .

For the other songs, you don't need to work on them that much (unless you really want to). Play each song once or twice, maybe three times if you feel like it. After you've played as much as you want to, take a break, and maybe come back to them in a few days. Sometimes taking a break helps.

And if we lose, it's not the end of the world. This is just a casual game after all. It's more about doing the best you can than beating the other team .

I must have played China Grove 40 times. That's how I'm used to practicing, and that's how I'll practice.

And I have to say... I am pretty proud of myself for beating everyone but Robbie after playing that song for only one day...
