2. Your result will be determined by the roll of a die.
Any action that triggers a third-party attack on the player immediately grants a free defense roll.
The basic breakdown is as follows:
1 : Unbelievably total failure. Action WILL backfire.
2-4 : Failure, with penalty
5-7 : Marginal failure with possible penalty
8-10 : Failure, no penalty
11-13 : Straightforward success
14-16 : Success, with possible bonus
17-19 : Success, with circumstantial bonus
20 : MAXIMUM POWER. Guaranteed success, with added bonus.

20! As Milk makes his way to the Aztec ruins in a plane. You come down from heaven like an angel put your hand to the glass and mouth "I apologize." He nods. God sees this act of kindness and tells you to come to him. You arrive at God's throne and he tells you "I will grant you life."
God gives you life +20 HP
8!
You go to Nicaragua walk into the nearest scientific laboratory. You go up to the receptionist and say "Can you reattach my finger?"
Then you remember you don't know Nicaraguan and you go back home fingerless.
9!You arrive in the Aztec Ruins with all of your equipment and begin by sacrificing a goat to the Gods. The Goat disappears. A hobo appears. "Kyle?" you wonder. "No I'm Bob." he replies. Kyle then arrives onto the scene. "God gave me life dude!" You and Kyle walk back home.
7!You begin Producing, Directing and Starring. But you realize your Marty McFly and you're on a skateboard. You fall on your face.
Lose 5 HP
20!
You flip the bird at the birds. The birds name you the Bird King.
Gain 50 HP and your the Bird King now.
