Technically, matter can go through solid objects (it's extremely unlikely with larger objects though), or it could be some sort of gas (and seems to go through solid objects). Certain types of matter can change it's appearance, theoretically, it could turn invisible.
Also, why can't ghost be made out of energy? I don't see any reason at all why they can't be.
Not everything in nature follows our common sense way of thinking about things. If I hadn't learned it in school, I wouldn't believe that matter/energy is quantized, or that time isn't constant, or that light travels at a fixed speed, or that an photon travels through two slits at the the same time (only if you're not observing it though), etc.
I mean, I agree with you that it's not very likely at all. When I say it can't be disproven, I mean it in the same way that the Flying Spagetti Monster can't be disproven.

Futurama reverences FTW!!!
And I suppose if Futurama is right lol then the furthest point in evolution would be a sentient energized being lol. Your right that we shouldn't expect all live to as we know it. But ghosts? I mean c'mon explain a process that a conciseness could linger on after death and manifest it self in some form. Doesn't sound that possible to me.

True, time is relative.

And yeah. That sounds ridicoulous when you say that.
And I believe that was a South Park reference.

Oh okay. I haven't seen all of the new ones yet. But the one at the end is a South PArk reference.

This guy made it up to fight the Kansas State board of education. He made it up to show that Creationism should not be taught in schools. It then took on a life of its own. Now there are Pastafarians around the country.

Now there are Pastafarians around the country. Creationism shouldn't be taught in schools. The very first amendment says the state will not adopt a religion. I think that religion should only be practiced in private and shouldn't be expressed in public and the government should change from being secular to atheist.
