Using my music knowledge I have decided to present a band everyday.
The ones I start out with you've probably heard, but it'll branch out after a bit.

Today's is an old favorite:

The Mountain Goats
Genre: Folk rock, Indie rock, Lo-fi
Oh, where do I begin. The Mountain Goats are simple, but beautiful. Throughout the 90's they provided raw, pure lo-fi. They slowly got a more polished sound and developed beautiful albums such as The Sunset Tree, Sweden, and Tallahassee. Leader, John Darinelle provides some of the most emotional lyrics you'll ever come by. He's not some showy fake performer, he's human.
