China, India, Brazil and Australia should also be major. Cuba should be an NPC. It was not 100% independent in 1914 when the game is starting.

I want Cuba though  I could be Great Britian too though. (Even though I doubt they do much) If no one claims one of those I will. Also, how is Cuba not major? The Cuban missle crisis, and guantonamo Bay are pretty important. And I was allied with the USSR. Cuba > Japan MAKE ME MOAR IMPORTANT. |

Instead of it being Sprig/Summer Fall/Winter the new phases will be Spring, Summer,Fall and Winter. So there's now 4 each year instead of 2.
